I have been in England for almost 2 months now and have decided to tackle the challenge of shooting a music video for my new single "Poisoned Love." In all honesty, it was NHD who talked me into shooting this project before I leave at the end of the month. We have about 3 weeks to prepare, which in England is very possible, as this country has a plethora of talented individuals ranging from dancers to directors. Finding a great studio space was a piece of cake, as was hiring a great makeup and hair stylist. The biggest challenge is trying to run errands, as it can take a whole day to get from point A to point B. Time management is extremely important in England because the country is absolutely massive.
Being an independent artist, I have to take care of everything. Thank goodness for NHD and his helping hand. We are a dynamite team, organizing the talent, the concept, the location, the wardrobe, the MUA and hairstylist, the finances, etc. We do it all!
Shooting this music video is going to be so much fun and a work of art!
