"Dreaming Is Believing" Is About To Go Public In Saskatoon

June 10th, June 10th, June 10th...what a special day! This is the day my debut EP will be released to the select few who are attending my first pre album launch and listening party. This is also a fundraiser for the Persephone Theatre; a theatre that is very close to my heart. The process of organizing this event has been made easier by the fabulous Karen Turner of Turner Event Management and my by trusted partner in business and life NHD of NHD Productions Inc.

Planning an event is never not stressful. I have to make sure that I am on point as the artist since I will be performing, plus sort out the other acts, as well as the catering, the draws, the merchandise, the step and repeat backdrop. On top of all of this I have to make sure the event is being promoted so that I can sell tickets, and raise some money. This is the most stressful part...hoping people show up!

I am so, so, so proud of this EP. It took us 2 years to finally get it together, but it has been soooooo worth it. To hear back all of my hard work, and to actually see it in CD form is a pretty cool thing. The best part is watching others take your disc, and pop it into their car systems or computers...what a thrill!

"Dreaming Is Believing" is a mix of songs inspired by my last couple relationships. I hope you love it as much as I do. If you are in Saskatoon, be the first to hear the album and take one home. The show is at the Remai Centre for the Arts at River Landing. Doors open at 6pm and show starts at 7pm. Tickets are $25 and all proceeds will go to Persephone Theatre.
